Fibreglass Solutions designed, built and installed 60 bespoke composite beach huts and one lifeguard unit to sit along the coast between Seaford Head and the Martello Tower. Their location is ideal with the beach less than a stones throw away and they have proven very popular and in demand.

Choosing GRP fibreglass for this project meant our client didn’t have to worry about the problems usually associated with the maintenance of outdoor shelters.

Because GRP is strong and hard-wearing, it has an almost indefinite life expectancy and can withstand anything the British weather has to throw at it. It won’t distort in heat, become brittle in cold temperature or corrode – making it the ideal material for these vibrant multi-coloured beach huts.

Fibreglass Characters, Rides & Attractions

Fibreglass is the favoured, low cost, low maintenance, high quality solution for use in amusement and leisure parks. Working for Surface Solutions, we completed several projects at Windsor-based theme park, LEGOLAND.

Our works involved building the vehicles for the Pirate Falls Dynamite Drench ride , custom-moulded green leaf boats for the Fairy Tale Brook ride and producing electrically powered self-drive boats for the LEGOLAND Boating School – fabricated in fibreglass and styled like Lego. Also produced was the entire new houses facade for the Fire Academy attraction where participants are challenged with powering a LEGO fire engine and putting out a ‘burning’ building.

Fibreglass Solutions provided calculations, multiple part precision moulds, production tooling and of course the high quality, GRP interactive themed rides and attractions.

Produced for Paragon creative, The Mint street exhibits comprising of a large table, carts and chests, with a bronze effect finish.

Fibreglass Solutions worked seamlessly with our clients at Paragon Creative to produce a bespoke collection of fibreglass moulded carts, chests and a large table for the Mint Street exhibit located within the Tower of London.

We produced the pieces with an authentic rustic wood-effect texture and bronze finish to look the part on the historic cobblestone pathways. GRP was the ideal solution for this project due to it’s durability and exceptional resistance to all manner of weather extremes, such as rot, rust and corrosion.
