Fibreglass Solutions completed 3 major projects over a 4 year period for the world-famous 5 star Dorchester Hotel, on London’s Park Lane.

GRP is now widely recognised by architects and building contractors as a viable alternative to traditional building materials such as stone, concrete and ceramic for a variety of applications.

Testament to the above are 3 major projects we undertook over a 4 year period for the world-famous luxury Dorchester Hotel, on London’s Park Lane.

Two of the projects involved the fabrication of fibreglass moulded enclosures to house air conditioning units and other exterior utilities. Our brief was to custom-build lightweight, sound reducing panels whilst matching existing stonework.  It was crucial that the panels provide the long-lasting protection needed whilst preserving the traditional exterior appearance of the building.

The 3rd project was to faithfully reproduce from old photographs the 1930’s Art deco style front canopy. Our highly skilled team of specialists set about the tasks with precision and within allotted time the renovations blended in effortlessly with their neighbouring counterparts.
